THE PROCEDURE FOR REVIEWING MANUSCRIPTS,

SUBMITTED TO THE EDITORIAL OFFICE OF SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS, THE FOUNDER OF WHICH IS

FEDERAL STATE BUDGETARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION "RUSSIAN STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE HUMANITIES"

1. The author of the article submits an extract fr om the decision of the department (scientific department) wh ere the work was carried out, containing the recommendation of the article for publication in the journal. The extract is signed by the head of the department (head of the scientific unit) or his deputy, the signature is certified by the appropriate personnel structure.

2. The author of the article submits a formalized and certified review of a specialist - a doctor of sciences, containing a recommendation for the article to be published in the journal.

3. The article submitted by the author is reviewed by an expert of the editorial board of the journal (doctor, candidate of sciences) in the form of an expert questionnaire approved by the editorial board of the corresponding series. The examination is closed.

4. All reviewers must be recognized experts on the subject of peer-reviewed materials and have scientific publications on the subject of the peer-reviewed article within the last 3 years. Reviews are stored in the publishing house and in the editorial office of the publication for 5 years.

5. The final decision to accept the author's article and place it in one of the journal issues is made at a meeting of the editorial board of the series, which is recorded in the minutes.

6. The editors of the journal send copies of reviews or a reasoned refusal to the authors of the submitted materials.

7. The editorial board of the journal sends copies of reviews to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request by the editorial office of the publication.
