Entry requirements and tuition fees
The program is designed for international students who are not in sufficient command of the Russian language and want to study in Russia. It is also oriented toward the education of Russian students who are interested in receiving MA RUB, LFUI and UNIMI diplomas, as well as MA diploma in cultural studies of RGGU, and are ready to study in foreign languages.

Summary of the curriculum:
Compulsory modules: Methodology of Cultural Studies, Visual Studies, Russian Culture;
Variable modules (depending on primary areas of students’ research interests): Russian as Foreign Language, Fashion, Media, Cinema, Management of Cultural Projects.
Languages of the program: English + Russian.
Length of education: 2,5 years part-time
For double (Ruhr-Universität, Bochum, Germany; Leopold und Franz Universitat, Innsbruck, Austria; State University (UNIMI), Milan, Italy) degree MA diplomas the German (can be studied at HSEC) or the Italian languages are also necessary.

Who can apply: 4-years bachelors (240 credit points ECTS) or 3-years bachelors (180 credit points ECTS) if the degree was given by one of the top-300 universities
Entrance examination: For the admission on a fee-paying basis, you have to submit on time a set of documents in accordance with requirements and pass a free-form interview in the Russian or/and the English languages.
The another option of the admission is a quota of the Ministry of Higher Education of the Russian Federation for international students (https://studyinrussia.ru/en/study-in-russia/scholarships/).
Tuition Fees (2021): approx. 1300 dollars or 1060 euros per year (part-time studies).
