The program is designed for Bachelors and specialists who seek an in-depth study of the fundamentals of linguistics, foreign languages and would like to eventually carry out research and teaching in institutions of higher education, as well as participate in international academic and educational projects.

The objective of the program includes the studies of the methodological heritage of academic linguistic schools, as well as familiarization with modern concepts and research methods in the field of linguistics.
The program pays specific attention to the mastery of foreign languages, bringing them to a level that will allow the graduates to participate in international academic activities.
The program includes courses on history and theory of linguistics, history and culture of foreign languages, theory and practice of intercultural communication.
The student can choose the disciplines most closely related to his/her research area.
The educational process also includes internships that enhance professional skills and experience, preparing the students for their theses defense.
Our graduate is a professional linguist able to speak a foreign language and possessing experience in academic research as well as in practical translation/interpreting.
