Students learn to correctly apply legal norms, implement substantive and procedural law in professional activities in the field of civil, family, inheritance, housing and labor relations; represent citizens and legal entities in courts, government bodies, as well as in relations with counterparties; carry out extrajudicial protection of the rights of citizens and legal entities; draw up legal documents, including agreements, constituent documents of legal entities, etc.
