The program is offered by Center for the History of the Holocaust and Genocides and Center for Biblical Studies and Judaica of RSUH jointly with the Department of International Relations and Foreign Area Studies of RSUH.
The program is designed for students with a bachelor's degree in humanities, social and cultural sciences, as well as for specialists in the field of history, international relations, foreign area studies, political science, economics, jurisprudence, linguistics, culturology.
This is the first and only educational program in the post-Soviet space with a profile aimed at a comprehensive study of the policy of memory of the Holocaust and genocides. The program covers a wide range of topics, from a socio-political analysis of modern international relations to studying the politics of memory of the Holocaust and genocides in separate countries, examines the cultural and philosophical component of the formation of memory of the Holocaust and genocides. Special attention is paid to the historical and cultural context of the emergence of ethnic and religious conflicts, which will allow for competent analysis on modern international processes.
