Entrepreneurship is an important area in the Russian theory of law and law enforcement practice, since it acts as a universally recognized tool in the development of the economy, ensuring freedom of the economic space, and development of forms and methods of entrepreneurial activity, which in turn determines the need for training specialists in this area.
The training will allow the students to gain conceptual knowledge of the notion, content, guarantees and legal ways of supporting entrepreneurial activity, of the status of business entities, as well as acquire and master skills and abilities to carry out contract work for business entities, as well as protect their rights.
Types of occupation: law-making; law enforcement; counseling; organizational and managerial; academic and education.
Key disciplines of the program: disciplines of the general academic and professional cycle allow the students to obtain a comprehensive system of professional knowledge in the field of legal activities, as well as master the professional methodology, which allows to professionally carry out criminal law protection of individual rights in modern conditions. In particular, the students are read such disciplines as current issues of business law, self-regulation of entrepreneurial activity, legal status of business entities, legal regulation of banking activities, protection of rights of entrepreneurs, international commercial arbitration, legal issues of property of business entities, etc.
