The program is aimed at training specialists with knowledge of humanities, providing them with the technical tools of a modern television journalist. The faculty creates all the necessary conditions for the growth of the students' creative potential: throughout the entire period of study, students develop the competencies that will allow them to carry out professional activities in any segment of the preparation of a television product.
Student TV-channel at the Faculty of Journalism allows the students to go through the complete cycles of creating journalistic content and promoting it.
The Faculty offers an open and flexible system of professional media education that is responsive to the changes in society, culture, education and science. The Faculty actively involves and engages other departments of the University, other Russian and foreign universities, as well experts from various organizations, institutions and Ministries.
