The universalization of the journalistic profession is based on the convergence of all types of information process, where the visual is combined with the auditory and the textual. All this leads to new approaches in teaching: a journalist must be able to work simultaneously for all types of media.
The program is aimed at training specialists with knowledge of humanities and providing them with the technical tools necessary for working in the modern multimedia. The universalization of the work of a journalist and the challenges of the labor market has determined a creation of the new educational program on multimedia journalism and modern media technologies. This program is designed to form the competencies that can be employed in various segments and platforms of the media market.
Student Internet publication at the Faculty of Journalism allows the students to go through the complete cycles of creating journalistic content and promoting it. Types of occupation: author, editor, project-related, technology-related and marketing-related positions.
