The curriculum of the discipline "International Financial Law" in English is designed to form students' practical view of international financial regulation, to help them to achieve an understanding of the status of subjects, methods, sources and principles of modern international financial regulation, as well as to understand the structure and main types of international financial norms in English, the original language of international financial norms.
The authors offer their assessment and interpretation of international financial phenomena, its content and principles of action in order to allow the student to compare and correlate the facts known to him (her) with public positions.
The program is designed for undergraduate and graduate students.
