Advertising and PR in state and municipal management administration

In order to implement the strategic target setting to improve the quality of the training and the development of universal and professional competencies in the educational process, practice-oriented activities are carried out to combine the fundamental nature of education typical of classical universities, such as RSUH, the experience of the Department of Marketing and Advertising, as well as other structural units of the university in the process of teaching of humanities, socioeconomic, natural sciences and profession-specific disciplines with a wide range of applied marketing and management courses.

Types of occupation: organizational and managerial; content-creating; research; project-related and analytical.

Key disciplines of the program: basics of professional research, planning and implementation of communication campaigns, technologies of advertising and PR, communication management, system of executive authority, media planning, PR in state and municipal administration, methodology for assessing the media status of municipal employees, state and municipal service, etc.

Areas of occupation: federal state bodies including the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, bodies of local self-government, non-governmental, public and commercial organizations, mass media, academic organizations and organizations engaged in educational activities, production and service enterprises.

Our students receive professional training in advertising and PR both for state organizations and commercial organizations and businesses, they know and methods of organizing advertising campaigns, building an effective PR strategy, organizing and planning marketing communications, learn the specifics of public positioning of state authorities and state organizations and enterprises.

Specialists of departments and departments of advertising and PR of state bodies and organizations form the image of government, promote state interests, work to create and maintain public loyalty to the implementation of social projects and programs.

A graduate of the magistracy receives a preferential right to enter graduate school in the chosen specialty, as well as the opportunity to independently complete the work on a dissertation.
