President Vladimir Putin congratulated RSUH Academic Director, Professor Efim Pivovar, on Defender of the Fatherland Day.
In his message, the President emphasized the significance of the holiday, which symbolizes deep respect for the victories and heroic deeds of Russia’s ancestors:
