An official Visit of Dr. Hans Fridrich von Pletz, Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of New Zealand in Russian Federation, and Mr. Volfang Messinger, Council on Culture in German Embassy, took place in RSUH.I. Nevzlin, rector of RSUH, the perspectives of relationships development with German partners and the opening on the 30th of September of the Russian-German educational-scientific center in RSUH were discussed.
