The President of the Republic of Bolivia Evo Morales Ayma made an official visit to RSUH on the 16th of February.
The President of the Republic of Bolivia Evo Morales Ayma made an official visit to RSUH on the 16th of February. In January the Scientific Council of RSUH had conferred upon him the titile of Ph. D. Honoris Causa.
Efim Pivovar, Rector of RSUH, presented Mr. Morales with the diploma and the gift from the students was the doctoral robe. The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Education and Science of Russia A. Fursenko, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs S. Ryabkov, the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bolivia, Mexico, Panama, Guatemala, Argentina, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Chile, Peru, Cuba and the Ambassador of Vatican.
