The event was held on March 21, at which students discussed the Jewish question in the era of the Russian Empire.
Mr. Modlitsky, 2nd year student of the Faculty of Archiving and Records, made a presentation on the topic “Development of the legislation of the Russian Empire on the Jewish question: law enforcement of Jew-related legislation on the example of the Bessarabia province according to the memoirs of Mr. Urusov, the governor of Bessarabia (1903-1904)”.
