From 6 till 10 of May, 2008, the delegation of the RSUH was in Montenegro under a trilateral agreement between the Russian State University for the Humanities, Center for Russian language and culture "Renaissance" (Montenegro) and the elementary school "Stefan Mitrov Ljubiša" (Montenegro) in Budva city.
