More than 50 people took part in the Olympiad, held on March 15 by the Department of Organizational Development of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law of RSUH, which is a lot more than in previous years. Participants were offered both individual and team-based tasks
Students of well-known universities (the State University of Management, Moscow Witte University, the University of Government of Moscow, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Automobile and Highway State Technical University and RSUH) participated in five competitions.
The competition "Best Future Specialist" involved individual testing on the theoretical aspects of the science of personnel management. During the competition "Working together is success", teams randomly formed at the Olympiad had to isolate the behind-the-scenes technologies in the shown fragments of feature films. In the “Terminology Expert” competition, students were asked to be creative and depict the key concepts of personnel management with a little pantomime.
The last competition was “Best HR Contest”, where the teams solved practical mini-cases.
The results of the Olympiad will be finalized on March 24. The winners will be awarded diplomas, and all the participants in the Olympiad will receive electronic certificates of participation.
