The introductory speech was made by Professors Morozova and Sobenina. The round table was attended by 30 people, including the students and faculty of the Department.
The participants spoke about modern issues of private international law. In particular, they analyzed the concept of cryptocurrency and its application in international settlements; actual issues of cross-border bankruptcy; features of the conclusion and dissolution of marriages with foreigners; theory and practice of international adoption; hereditary relations with a foreign element; legal issues of commercial use of space; protection of intellectual property on the Internet and issues of the legal personality of artificial intelligence.
