On November 26, 2017, RSUH again became one of the official Dictation sites, some of which this year were even located abroad, their number rising from 1464 in 2016 to over 2300 in 2017.
The welcome speech was delivered by Professor Shkarenkov. The event was moderated by Ms. Nikiforova, Head of the Protocol Department and conducted by Dr. Anisimov, of the Department of International Region Studies and External Affairs of RSUH.
The first Dictation took place November 1, 2015 at the initiative of President Putin acting in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russian Geographical Society.
