RSUH students also contributed to this project, becoming the first media volunteers of the Forum. 200 students from the Faculty of Advertising and Public Relations and the Faculty of Journalism participated in the event. Based on the results of their work, 26 volunteers from RSUH were awarded letters of gratitude from the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
The ceremony was opened by First Deputy Chief of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko:

“Over eight months, the Exhibition was visited by more than 18 million people. It was included in the top ten most visited places in the world. And this is the merit of a large team that created a miracle called the “Russia” exhibition. A national center “Russia” will be created to preserve the legacy of the Exhibition-Forum in Moscow, in “Ekspotsentr” on Krasnopresnenskaya embankment.”
At the award ceremony, Irakli Bolkvadze, Head of the RSUH Media Volunteer Headquarters, Advisor to the Rector for Youth Policy and Social Work, and Albina Davletshina, Deputy Head of the Headquarters, Head of the Department for Educational Work with Students of the Office for Student Affairs, were awarded commemorative medals for their personal contribution to the organization of the Exhibition.

Over 65 million visitors from 89 regions of the Russian Federation visited the Exhibition; 40% of visitors came from the regions specifically for the Exhibition. There were 3 thousand guides, who conducted more than 56 thousand tours.
We are extending our thanks to all media volunteers, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Advertising and Public Relations Alan Abaev and the Dean of the Faculty of Journalism Natalia Makarova, who provided support and assistance to the work of the Headquarters.
