We express our deepest condolences to the residents of Sevastopol and Dagestan, to all the families affected by the terrible events of June 23.
In Sevastopol, a missile strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces resulted in 4 people killed, including two children, and 151 people injured.
In Makhachkala and Derbent, there were terrorist attacks on Orthodox churches, synagogues and a traffic police post.
10 people were killed and 34 injured.
