In the opening address, the rector of the RSUH, Efim I. Pivovar, paid the presents' attention to the fact that the theme of this event is extremely relevant for the modern scientific and analytic research. He stressed that it's necessary to take into consideration different humanitarian aspects under the discussion of problems of energy interaction SCO countries. Among them - training of new skilled personnel, aligned on the social problem in the energy sphere, as well as development and realization of the joint strategy for the international energy security.
