The Agency and RSUH signed a partnership agreement. The parties will join forces to promote the Russian language and Russian education abroad. Also, the Agency will assist the University in establishing contacts with foreign partners. According to Rector Bezborodov, effective interaction had already been built between the University and the Agency over the past few years.
