On June 10, a formal signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between RSUH and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Center for the Development of Humanitarian Technologies 'NOVAYA ERA'" took place at the Russian State University for the Humanities. The document was signed by RSUH Rector Andrey Loginov and Director General of the NOVAYA ERA Development Center Alexander Shabaltin.
"The formats of interaction we discussed today are systematic in nature. It is important that our partner has a serious socio-humanitarian foundation and already has experience of joint work with the 'Diplomacy of Knowledge' Center. RSUH in this sense acts as a point of entry into the broad humanitarian community: we have the ability to engage specialists from various profiles — historians, philosophers, cultural studies experts, political scientists — to address applied tasks in the field of youth policy and international cooperation," noted RSUH Rector Andrey Loginov.
ANO "Center for the Development of Humanitarian Technologies 'NOVAYA ERA'" is a platform for humanitarian projects in the field of social architecture, operating in the areas of research and analytics, education and communications, and also bringing together a professional youth community in the socio-humanitarian sphere. Over six years of existence, the organization has grown to four thousand participants and implements projects at the intersection of science, expert analytics, and international youth engagement. The platform's structure also includes an association of leading Russian scientists — the Philosophical Club "The Civilizational Future of Russia" — as well as the scientific journal "OTTISK." The editor-in-chief of the journal and co-founder of the Philosophical Club is the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Alexey Kozyrev.
"Cooperation with the RSUH 'Diplomacy of Knowledge' Center is a great opportunity for us. The expertise and experience accumulated at the center greatly help in the implementation of our projects. We have already jointly conducted sociological research and launched international programs, in particular a mentoring program for BRICS countries. Given this experience, we look forward to the possibility of further cooperation with great hope," said Alexander Shabaltin, Director General of the NOVAYA ERA Development Center.
The agreement covers a wide range of areas: joint implementation of educational and outreach projects, conducting sociological and futurological research, preparation of expert materials on youth policy, family policy and demographics, as well as the development of international youth cooperation. The coordinator from RSUH has been appointed as the Director of the "Diplomacy of Knowledge" Center, Kirill Kostin.
One of the key joint projects will be the School of Young Futurologists — a flagship initiative of the RSUH "Diplomacy of Knowledge" Center. In September 2026, its event is planned to be held as part of the World Youth Festival in Yekaterinburg. Organizational support for the event will be undertaken by the NOVAYA ERA Development Center, while content and expert support will be provided by RSUH.
The agreement opens up opportunities for further expansion of interaction, including through the Philosophical Club and humanitarian expertise in general.
