On the 21st of April, 2008, representatives of Chinese Academy of contemporary international relations visited the Russian State University for the Humanities. Vice-rector of the RSUH for finances and development, Andrey V. Nikolaev, introduced participants of the meeting to the guests, told about the RSUH and close cooperation between the University and the Embassy of the PRC.
Vice-rector for international activity, Irina V. Karapetyants, told about the history of cooperation between our University and Chinese colleagues - such as Tsinghua University, Chinese University for Economics and International Trade; the establishment of Confucius Institute in the RSUH. She also noted a number of joint projects prepared together with partners from China - such as the Second Russian-Chinese energy forum, the Olympics for Chinese language "I came to the Great Wall of China".
Vice-president of Chinese Academy of contemporary international relations, director of the Institute of Russia, Mr. Czi Сhzhie told about the history of the scientific structure presented by him. He demonstrated а willingness to cooperate with colleagues from Russia - in particular, he has offered to recommend experts from China to participate in the programs of the RSUH.
