The event was held March 31 with the following topics discussed:

• cryptography

• industrial espionage

• IT wars

The Institute also hosted, on April 1, the presentation of publications and presentations by the faculty of the IT School on information technologies.  The works dealt with the following issues:

• Windows: security problems

• Internet: negative information

• Privacy issues

In the closing speech Dr. Nekrakha, Dean of the School, emphasized the increasing role of IT aspects in information safety issues.
