Dear Mr. Lavrov, From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on your birthday!
In the art of diplomacy, you are a true maestro and a genius, a brilliant representative of the Russian diplomatic school. Your confidence and unwavering determination in defending Russia's foreign policy interests, your exceptional negotiation skills, boundless patience, tact, and respect for the opposing side, and, of course, your sparkling sense of humor inspire admiration in all.
Throughout your service for the benefit of Russia, you have become a role model and a guiding light for an entire generation of young international relations specialists and diplomats, including students and graduates of RSUH. Today, they have a unique opportunity to observe, in real-time, the work of a true professional—a diplomat with a capital “D”, whose hands shape the present and future of our country.
On this joyous occasion, allow me also to congratulate you on being awarded the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called! This honor is yet another testament to your invaluable contribution to the implementation of Russia’s foreign policy and recognition of your achievements at the highest state level.
I wish you inexhaustible energy and inspiration in all your endeavors, good health, patience, resilience, success, and new professional and personal victories!
With deep respect,
