Grigory Shumsky, who headed the Legal Department of RSUH for more than 15 years and was awarded the title of "Honored Worker of RSUH", has passed away.
Under his leadership, local regulations and anti-corruption measures were being actively developed, which significantly increased legal literacy at the University. He was one of the founders of the University's legal aid service and the initiator of the "What the Law Says" column, aimed at legally informing students and employees.
He was an Honored Lawyer of Russia and left a noticeable mark in the legal sphere of education.
