On March 22, the first part of the training "The Way to Yourself" was held, organized by the Psychological Service of RSUH

During the session, the participants learned about the rules of working in a group and tried reflective and art therapy practices. The training leader Daria Burkova said: "The format of the training is non-standard as the participants not only discussed their experience in the circle, but could also actively explore the office space in order to feel more comfortable and free."
