Appointments at RSUH
In accordance with the decree of the Acting Rector of RSUH Andrei Loginov, the following appointments have taken place:
- Dmitry Bobrov has been appointed to the position of First Vice-Rector;
- Olga Pavlenko has been appointed to the position of Vice-Rector for Research and Project Work.
Dmitry Bobrov graduated from Moscow Institute of Economics, Management and Law in 2001. From 2004 to 2012, he read courses in economics and sociology at the Institute of Management and Informatics in Moscow. Then he worked in senior management positions in executive and legislative bodies until 2019. He defended his PhD dissertation "Social Policy of a Large Economic System" at the State University of Management and lectured at the Institute of International Economic Relations. From 2019 to 2021, he was an Associate Professor at the Department of Public and Municipal Administration at RANEPA, and from 2021 to 2023, Deputy Director of the Patrice Lumumba International Youth Center at RUDN. Since 2023, he has held the position of Vice-Rector for Property Management and Project Activities at RSUH.
Olga Pavlenko graduated with honors from the Faculty of History at Lomonosov Moscow State University and defended her PhD dissertation in 1990 on the topic "The Concept of Slavic Reciprocity in Russia and the Czech Republic in the 1860s of the XIX Century". In 2023, she became a professor at the Institute of General History of the Russian Academy of Sciences, having written a book on the topic "The Slavic Factor in the Ideology and Foreign Policy of the Russian Empire and the Habsburg Monarchy (1830s - 1914)". Since 1992, she has been working at RSUH as a senior lecturer at the Department of General History (1992–2004), Deputy Director for International Activities of the Institute of History and Archives (2001–2016), Dean of the Faculty of International Relations and Foreign Area Studies (2015–2016), Vice-Rector for Research (2016–2019), First Vice-Rector (2019–2024).
