Modern trends and issues of marketing activities have become the topic of student discussion


On March 11, a student round table "Modern trends and issues of marketing activities in various types of markets" was held online. The event was organized by the Department of Marketing of the Faculty of Management of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law of RSUH.


The event was opened by its organizer and moderator, Dr. Larisa Korchagova, Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing. She addressed the participants of the Table with a welcoming speech, in which she noted that in order to successfully operate in the market, enterprises and organizations needed to study and research the trends and issues of marketing activities, taking into account the specifics of various types of markets.

The Table was attended by students and undergraduates of the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Oriental Studies and Social and Communication Sciences. Ms. Maria Kyzlasova and Ms. Elizaveta Shaldaeva, sophomores at the Faculty of Management, made a presentation on the current trends and issues of marketing activities in a monopoly.

Ms. Sofia Egorova and Ms.Valeria Korsak, students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies and Social and Communication Sciences, majoring in Advertising and PR, spoke about the trends in marketing activities in the Apple market. Mr. Anvar Yanyshev and Mr. Alexander Shumakov spoke about trends and issues in the transport services market. In their presentations, they noted the growing role in the development of alternative modes of transport, their environmental friendliness, as well as the need to take into account various risks when working in this area.

Presentations were also made by Ms. Maria Zhmakina and Ms. Anna Shevchuk, in which they spoke about the current problems of marketing activities in the tourism services market.

At the end of the round table, Ms. Korchagova summed up the results and thanked all those present for their participation and expressed the general opinion about the usefulness of such events, where students can acquire and exchange academic and practical experience in marketing activities in various types of markets.
