Master class "Healthy lifestyle: the key to successful self-realization" was held at RSUH

On April 26, 2023, in order to promote a healthy lifestyle for students of the Faculty of Advertising and Public Relations, a master class was held by psychotherapist Lyudmila Khromova.

Ms. Evgenia Levitskaya and Mr. Anton Mitroshin were responsible for organizing the event under the aegis of the Faculty of Advertising and Public Relations of RSUH.

The students got acquainted with modern concepts of preserving the health of the population, talked about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, learned the professional opinion of a psychotherapist about risk factors and their prevention.

Dr. Khromova shared her professional experience in an easy and accessible way, described interesting cases, gave examples of the impact of bad habits on health, and analyzed statistical data.
