On the 28th of April, 2008, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Paraguay to Russia, Marcial Bobadilla Guillén, gave a lecture in the Russian State University for the Humanities. Mr. Ambassador acquainted students of the University with the peculiarities of his country, accomplished a brief history of Paraguay, told about his social and political system.
