On the 21st of September the second visit and a lection of Dr. Arman Kless, director of the International European Research Institute (Luxemburg), took place in RSUH.During the meeting between Dr. Arman Kless and I. V. Karapetjans, acting as rector of RSUH, a cooperation agreement between RSUH and the International European Research Institute (Luxemburg) was signed. The main aim of the agreement – is creation in RSUH a Russian-Luxembourgian scientific center. In the new international structure the joint scientific projects in the sphere of Humanities will be realized.

When answering the question what Europe will be like after several decades Dr. Arman Kless has told: “We should take in view the whole world. In what world will Europe exist, in this way will it be”.
