Acting Rector of RSUH Andrei Loginov took part in the Agora program on the “Russia Culture” TV channel, dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding lawyer Anatoly Koni.
"Anatoly Koni belongs to the generation of lawyers who entered the service with the beginning of the judicial reform of 1864. He began his career in 1865 and was a person who experienced everything that the judicial reform brought to the life of the country: publicity, attorneys, speeches by trial lawyers. All this, of course, excited the public," said the Acting Rector.
The participants in Mikhail Shvydkoy's program discussed the concept of "judicial ethics", which Anatoly Koni had introduced into the practice of jurisprudence, the role of Anatoly Koni in the formation of the foundations of judicial oratory, as well as the topics pertaining to the modern legal proceedings.
The participants of the talk show also included the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Konstantin Chuichenko, the President of the Federal Chamber of Advocates of the Russian Federation Svetlana Volodina, the President of the Foundation for the Support and Development of Historical Heritage of Koni Lyudmila Kuleshova, and screenwriter and producer Oleg Malovichko.
