International Russian-Kazakh summer school of sociology took place on the shores of lake Issyk-Kul, on the grounds of Al-Farabi University summer camp July 15-25, 2009. This years topic was “Intercultural Communication and ethno-tolerance in the media”. The School was organized by Al-Farabi University and RSUH as a response to the memorandum of partnership signed by the two universities. Prof. Malikova, Prof Adilova and Ms Isetskaya (Dept of Sociology of RSUH) helped organize the event.
