I am happy to wish you happiness on a wonderful holiday that has existed in higher education for many years - the Tatyana Day. This is really a wonderful time when we have difficult final exams behind us, and a new academic year ahead. It means new accomplishments, new achievements, new friends. We will do everything in our power to make your student days memorable. The University administration will make all efforts to create even more comfortable conditions for you.
