Dr. Tamara Pilyuk, Senior Psychologist of the Psychological Service of RSUH, addressed the students

Dear students, A year that has passed, a year blackened by the pandemic, and it has changed all of us. These changes have enriched and expanded our boundaries, but many have also lost people dear to them. This year taught us to be strong, but it also taught us to appreciate the fragility of human life. What remains unchanged is that we are all people, we hurt, get scared and lost, but the events of the outside world remind us that it is very important to remain human. Be more careful and more attentive to yourself. Be more attentive to those around you.

Rest assured that what is happening in the inner world of each of you is also important to the world outside. We all need each other now, and we do so more than ever. If you feel that something is happening to you or to someone around you, allow yourself to be more attentive and sensitive. Ask for help. The Psychological Service of RSUH is exactly the place where you can share your fears, doubts and feelings in general. It is a place where you will be listened to. We want you to know that even the strongest need help!

Don't be afraid to ask for it. Don't be afraid to tell someone who needs help to ask for it. Do not be afraid of what is happening to the world and to you. We believe that only together, only by opening our hearts to the problems of those who are near, can we overcome these difficult times. Everything will be fine! Let good things happen to you, do not doubt yourself and your future, contact us for support if you need it. .
