Dr. Ilya Altman, Director of the Center for History of the Holocaust and Genocides of RSUH, made a presentation “Holocaust and its Interpretations at the Nuremberg Trials” at the DHI in Moscow.
The round table "The Nuremberg Trials: History, Justice, Memory" was held with the participation of Russian and German scholars. Dr. Alexander Chubaryan, member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, co-Chair of the Russian-German Commission of Historians, Dr. Vladimir Grinin, President of the Russia-Germany Society and Mr. Andreas von Geyr, German ambassador to Russia, made welcome speeches.
Presentations were also made by Professor Boris Khavkin, RSUH, Dr. Alexander Ermakov (Yaroslavl) and Dr. Dmitry Astashkin (Veliky Novgorod), regional representatives of the Holocaust Center.
