Career Week for students of the Faculty of History held at RSUH February 27 to March 03

Faculty members, RSUH Career Center, students and invited speakers took an active part in the events of the Week. They shared their work experience and spoke about the career prospects of historians

Dr. Soloviev, Chief Researcher of the Institute of Russian History of the Russian Academy of Sciences, spoke about the possibilities of academic career as a historian.

Dr. Mitrofanov, Deputy Chairman of the All-Russian Public Organization “Russian Union of Youth”, Chairman of the Association of Student Associations of Russia, spoke about the possibilities and prospects for a historian’s social activities, and shared his own career experience.

Dr. Khudin, Specialist of the Archives of the Unique Collection of the Russian State Archive of Ancient Acts, spoke about the career trajectories of the work of a historian in the archive.

Mr. Listov, Head of the Staff of the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Family, Women and Children, spoke about the nuances of the work of the State Duma Apparatus.

During the tour to the House of the Russian Historical Society and the State Central Museum of Contemporary History of Russia, the students saw the current expositions and met with the head of academic and educational projects of the History of the Fatherland Foundation, Dr. Natalya Antonenko.
