The event took place in Azerbaijan on November 11-14, at which present were both young researchers (including those from RSUH) and scholars of renown from the CIS countries including members of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, its President Administration representatives, members of the Center of Strategic Research and the Institute of Eastern Studies.
