On the website of the Victory Museum, as part of the project “National Historical Depository Faces of Victory”, a section was created dedicated to the heroes of RSUH (formerly the Institute of History and Archives)
The main goals of the Depository are to increase historical literacy of the population and preserve the memory of all the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, those who contributed to the Victory over Nazism.
The section about our University presents the stories of over 30 students, teachers and graduates of the Institute who participated in the defense of the country. Many of them went to the front as volunteers. In the section you can read their biographies and information about their activities before and after the War.
RSUH also took part in the federal patriotic project “Academic Regiment” of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, publishing the stories of the exploits of our students and teachers during the Great Patriotic War and the contribution of the academic community to our Victory on the University web page.
