On April 7, RSUH hosted Student Round Table "Regional Authorities and the Information Society" as part of the student project "Official Internet Portal of the Government of the Regions as a Tool for Forming the Image of the Heads of the Subjects of the Russian Federation." The event was organized by the Center “New Russia. History of Post-Soviet Russia».
The students discussed the sites of different regions of Russia, their history and their role in creating images of the governors of regions and districts.
The first presentation was made by the Head of the Student Table Dr. Shushkova. The topic was "Review of the state of the official websites of the government of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on the example of the Far Eastern and Northwestern Federal Districts".
The second presentation was made by Ms. Yanushevich, a 3rd year student of the Faculty of History of RSUH, on the topic "The mechanism for forming the image of the governor as a leader of public opinion in the context of new media on the example of the governor of St. Petersburg".
Mr. Kozhevnikov and Ms. Filippova, 3rd year students of the Faculty of Histor, spoke on the topic "Internet resources and their opportunities: the example of the governors of the Far Eastern Federal District."
