On March 30, the Department of Comparative History of Literature and the Center for Contemporary Comparative Studies of the Institute of Philology and History held the interuniversity student conference “Noscere et comparare: we study comparatively. A meeting of young forces".
The event was attended by students of RSUH and RANEPA. Presentations were made on various topics and areas of research. The focus was on such issues as the specifics of national literary and cultural traditions and their mutual influence, national and cultural identity, the dialogue of cultures, literary translation strategies, the interaction of literature and other arts (music, cinema, fine arts), the women's issue in literature, science fiction, neo-mythologism as a literary phenomenon.
