At the conference, a list of candidates for RSUH Academic Council was determined:

Dr. Medvedev, Associate Professor, Department of Foreign Area Studies and Foreign Policy,
Dr. Kossov, Head of the Administrative and Legal Department,
Dr. Trembich, Head of the Department of Graduate and Doctoral Studies,
Mr. Vartanyan, 3rd year student of the Institute of Oriental Cultures and Antiquity,
Mr. Lobanov, 3rd year student of the Faculty of Archiving and Records Science (bachelor's degree),
Ms. Mikhailova, 3rd year student of the Institute of Psychology.
The RSUH Development Program for 2023–2032 was adopted.
The right to represent the interests of RSUH employees during collective negotiations, signing the Collective Agreement and exercising control over its execution is delegated (during the entire term of the agreement) to the Primary Trade Union Organization of RSUH faculty and staff.
After discussing the draft agreement, it was decided to conclude a Collective Agreement between RSUH and the faculty of RSUH from March 2, 2023 to March 1, 2026.
It was emphasized that the Collective Agreement was concluded in order to ensure the principles of partnership in the field of labor, the implementation of social guarantees and respect for the labor rights of RSUH employees, improve their living standards, provide benefits guaranteed by law, conduct health improvement activities, organize recreation for university employees and their families, creating a favorable psychological climate in the educational team.
