On February 7, President Putin signed a decree awarding five young researchers, among them Dr. Andrey Usachov, RSUH Associate Professor (history) who has been chosen for his contribution in the field of Old Russian booklore of the 16th century. Dr. Usachov was born in 1978 and has authored over 130 publications, with “Old Russian booklore at the times of the metropolitan Makarius” among them.
