The M.A. thesis defence took place September 28. The graduates of the program receive two diplomas, Russian and French, the fact which increases their competitiveness on the international level. The participants of the program are RSUH, the National Archive of France and the National Charter School of France. The agreement on joint degrees was reached in December of 2010 and in March of 2012 it was renewed until 2017.
