Many universities in Russia are deciding to support Russian citizens who study abroad and are faced with the infringement of their rights. Now they will be able to come to Russia and continue their education at RSUH.
“Citizens of the Russian Federation, whose rights are infringed abroad, can transfer to RSUH. I think that students will be able to find what they need here, if they have to stop studying in Western educational institutions,” said Rector Bezborodov.
The procedure is as follows:
1. You need to submit to the Educational and Methodological Department (ucheb.admin@rggu.ru, tel. +7 495 250 63 10) an application for transfer indicating your major and form of study. The application must be accompanied by transcripts (documents are submitted at the discretion of the student, as they are necessary for the credit-transferring procedure).
2. No later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the documents, RSUH will process them for compliance with the necessary requirements (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia of July 12, 2021 No. 607), finalize the credit-transferring list, and determine the date on which the student will be able to join the University.
3. Within 5 working days from the date of the decision on enrollment, RSUH will issue to the student a certificate of transfer, which will indicate the level of education, the code and name of the major and program to which the student will be transferred.
4. Within 5 working days from the date of receipt of documents, RSUH will issue an administrative act confirming the enrollment. If it is a tuition-based type of study, the issuance of the administrative act will be preceded by a signing of an education agreement.
5. Within 5 working days from the date of issuance of the administrative act, the student will be issued a student ID card and other necessary documents.
