On the 24-25 of April there was the International Conference "Common spaces between Russia and the EU: towards a strategic partnership?". It was organized by the Representation of Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Russia and the Center for European Union relations of the Russian State University for the Humanities with the support of Moscow Government, the Committee of Public Relations in Moscow.
The main themes of the Conference were the development of energy dialogue, security and transboundary cooperation, "neighborhood policy" between Russia and the European Union.
