On the 26 of May 2006 the Russian State University for the Humanities was visited by the delegation of the Bavarian youth organization "Youth circle of Bavaria".
On the 26 of May 2006 the Russian State University for the Humanities was visited by the delegation of the Bavarian youth organization "Youth circle of Bavaria" (Bayerischer Jugendring - BJR), headed by the President of BJR, Martina Kobriger. The composition of the delegation consisted of: the head of the international work with youth and student exchanges between Central Europe and Israel, Monika Zailer, Vice President of BJR, Thomas Radner, a board member of BJR, Christoph Bayer (Association of Protestant Youth), Beata Kegel (Association of technical assistance to youth), Director of Development Department of BJR Michael Schwartz, Maria Aynvekhter (interpreter). This organization is one of the largest youth consolidations of Germany, which is supported by the Federal Government of Germany, the Ministry of Education and Culture of Bavaria, as well as non-state structures.
After an excursion of the University the delegation met with students and graduates of the RSUH in the Russian-German center for education and research. The issues of the regionalization of education in Germany and Russia were touched upon during a long and emotionally very open conversation; also the prospects of international youth exchange were discussed there. Issue of tolerance attracts the greatest interest among young people. The representatives of the German delegation pointed out that by dint of youth organizations the integrative model of survival and adequate behavior of young people are formed in a multicultural environment, which is a reality at the moment for Munich and Moscow.
