The delegation from Quebec visited RSUH Dec 9. The delegation was headed by the Prime Minister of Quebec Jean Charest. Dr. Pivovar thanked the members for taking time to visit the University and reminded everybody about the relations between RSUH and Canadian universities, and the activity of the Center “Moscow-Quebec” which this year celebrated its 10th birthday.
